The market is fucked. The house I bought 3 years ago has doubled in value. It's absolutely insane.

And you might be thinking, Great sell it! But then I have to find a new house that isn't being swallowed up by businesses paying cash for them (good luck). And we will never again see 2% mortgages in our lifetime, so I'm just going to die in this massively overvalued house.

No 1.1.1.2 and 1.0.0.2 No reason not to use the secure ones.

Adguard has ad blocking DNS servers. They can be a little slow however. Cloudflare and cleanbrowsing both have anti-malware DNS. Cloudflare being the fastest. There are other options too.

YUMI is a great USB tool that can install multiple bootable ISO's onto one multi system flash drive. Pendrivelinux.com

Microsoft might have an issue with that.

Spez is so jealous of Elon's dumpster fire, that he can't dump the gasoline on his head fast enough.

Don't combine email, password manager, or 2FA authenticator together with the same company. All 3 should be completely separate from each other.

Bitwarden has a distinct advantage for this reason alone.

I agree. I love so much about the game, and have come back to it several times. But inevitably I get bored of the grind and the sandbox.

I think I have come to realize that I don't actually like sandbox games, despite there being several I have had a blast playing. I just loose interest in them.
