Russian President Vladimir Putin signed into law on Monday legislation banning gender reassignment both as a medical procedure and in official identity documents.

The law, passed unanimously by the Russian parliament, is intended to “prevent the degeneration of Russian children and adults” but is alarming the LGBT community. It will ban all medical procedures, both surgical and medicinal, for gender reassignment in Russia.

Only medical interventions to treat congenital abnormalities, including genetic and endocrine disorders associated with incorrect genital formation in children, will be allowed, following the decision of an expert committee.

And perhaps this is for the best - Certain social concepts simply cannot coexist and it's better that leftists who exploit children as props for activism not live so close to conservatives and moderates that view this practice as abhorrent. Certainly all sides come out happier (except maybe the unfortunate children being groomed), and surely the majority of Floridians are glad to see such people go.

During the first assault in 2010, Bond “sexually attacked the boy while he was sleeping. The youth woke up to Bond’s penis in his mouth.” During the second attack, Bond grabbed the victim’s genitals and overpowered him. He then pulled down his pants and performed a “sex act” on him. And during the third assault, Bond once again assaulted the victim while he was sleeping.

Bond was convicted on all charges, however, he will not face any time in prison despite being a repeat offender involving sex crimes. In 2018, Bond was convicted of sexually assaulting an intoxicated transgender man. After the incident, Bond changed his own gender-identity to “non-binary”.
