It's not that universal. Job availability depends a lot on location. Job requirements in NL are a stricter than I've seen in other countries. They want people with experience and won't have any patience for teaching on the job.

Old English you mean? I'm Dutch and I've never heard of a word where g is pronounced like y in Dutch

I'm elementary school, a teacher has the habit of punishing the entire class if something happened and he didn't know who did it. So I got into trouble not knowing why.
