Yup, they tried to enforce that here in Denmark as well with the unlimited plans. Luckily, they lost the case to our Ombudsman and they were forced to allow hotspots

How are your upload/download speeds using those?
Reminds of a game I used to play where you could mutate animals and use them to fight.. it was a RTS game but I can't remember the name
TLDR: An effective way to cool down is to cool your feet, the palms of your hands or the top of your face because of high blood flow through these areas. Some athletes are using cooling gloves to utilize this effect.
For me it's still Anarchy Online after almost a decade since I played it last. The atmosphere in the game and community was amazing. After that I would say mass effect and the elder scrolls.
