If I recall correctly the last library game I found mostly revolved around some mechanics I really would not enjoy… glad to find out about this. Although apparently it has farming and fishing… I do not have anything against those mechanics usually, but it would be nice to see a cozy life sim without those things.

I am paying more attention to otome nowadays but I would not say no to a cool interactive fiction game. I liked them growing up and I still like them now.
Should probably see if IF has a Lemmy community… !interactivefiction@lemmy.ml, seems dead
The amount of times a game seemed super cool by premise, maybe by some mechanics I read about, and then I found out it had card battling (instant turnoff for me) is probably three, which is weird. This is one of them.
Was looking for non-simulator train games the other day so having this fall into my lap was great.
The first thing that really struck me was that our options to begin our studio were Hollywood, USA or Chinawood, China. In a future update, it could be interesting to see Hindi cinema included or perhaps a focus on Bollywood added to areas you can begin your studio in.
Not sure if this is a consequence of me putting my head in the sand in regards to pop culture, but I've heard of Bollywood and never of Chinawood…
omg snakes… wish they looked a little less chubby and short in the graphics, they read as "worm" to me more than "snake" right now, but nonnegative portrayals of snakes and dragons are always fun! And I suppose it works for putting in a visual similarity between the small dragon player character and the snakes they take care of.
I'm always impressed by people like that, with multiple competencies in different areas.
I wasn't excluding this type of mod when I asked my question. Small fixes definitely count!

Otome RPG? Turn-based battle? Sign me up! Always jealous of those "otome RPGs" in manga of the "reborn as (otome) villainess" genre, I am happy to get one to play.
