Ah, you're pretty much looking at liquids then (though avoid the use of straws). I can see many others have made suggestions, so I won't repeat any.

Scrambled egg, porridge, banana, steamed veg, jelly, cottage cheese...

Realistically you will find that after a few days you will be able to chew in areas where the teeth haven't been removed - it just takes a little bit of time to get used to it.

Not a dentist by the way, just based on personal experience of tooth extraction.

Citric acid is a good shout, but if you can get hold of sulfamic (NOT sulfuric) acid, it is much faster at removing limescale as it is a stronger acid. It does cost a bit more though...

Apparently, zinc deficiency is very common in the Middle East, and one of the side effects can be aggression.

This led to Edward de Bono suggesting Marmite as a solution to the conflict in the Middle East, as Marmite contains high concentrations of zinc...

In my eyes having someone on an escooter in front of me is no different to having a slower cyclist in front. So it wouldn't bother me.

I second the part about not bothering looping up through the saddle. It would also give a bit more play with the cable allowing the D lock to be moved to a better position.
