Hundreds of state correction officers at more than two dozen upstate prisons went on a wildcat strike Tuesday, forcing Gov. Kathy Hochul to prepare to deploy members of the New York National Guard to replace them if the walkout extends into Wednesday.

Officers picketed outside 25 facilities as of Tuesday afternoon according to media reports and Thomas Mailey, a spokesperson for the New York State Department of Corrections and Community Supervision.

The walkout comes as multiple state correction officers are expected to be criminally charged for their roles in the fatal beating of a handcuffed detainee on Dec. 10, according to the Albany Times Union.

In a beating caught on body cameras, Robert Brooks, 43, was kicked and punched by guards who held him down on a medical bed at the Marcy Correctional Facility in Oneida County. New York Attorney General Letitia James on Dec. 27 released footage of four officers at the scene who didn’t realize the cameras were recording. At least three sergeants and a nurse were also present during the beatdown, the videos show.

His proposal includes security guarantees for Ukraine, emphasizing that "NATO membership should remain on the table." He also called for immediate funding for arms and a 10-billion-euro ($10.4 billion) investment in Ukraine's defense industry.

The Lithuanian president also proposed accelerating Ukraine's EU accession, setting 2030 as the target date. "Ukraine's security is part of European security," he wrote.

EU ambassadors agreed on a new package of sanctions against Russia, targeting aluminum imports and the "shadow fleet" of oil tankers, Euronews reported on Feb. 19.

The aluminum ban will be "phased in," while the package will also target 13 banks and other entities and individuals seen as helping Russia wage its full-scale war, the Financial Times reported.

Around 57% of Ukrainians trust President Volodymyr Zelensky as of February, marking an increase of five percentage points since December, according to a survey by the Kyiv International Institute of Sociology (KIIS) published on Feb. 19.

President Volodymyr Zelensky of Ukraine, during a closed-door meeting on Wednesday, rejected an offer by the Trump administration to relinquish half of the country’s mineral resources in exchange for U.S. support, according to five people briefed on the proposal or with direct knowledge of the talks.

Some critical points to start off:

• Omori has stated the main story completes within a year of Bell's arrival,
• The One Eyed Black Dragon being defeated will likely be the climax but previously has fended off parties with multiple members level 8-9.
• Almost all adventurers of note have leveled up at least once since Bell arrived in Orario
• it typically takes much longer than a year for adventurers to level up so everyone is pretty much as good as they can get (Freya Familia TBD for this)
• Bell's rapid growth from Realis Phrase presumably ends once he achieves parity with Aiz which suggests level 6-7 will be his end level.

Adding all that up it really looks to me like Orario doesn't stand a chance against the OEBD unless at least a couple of the issues are addressed.
