If your physician pushes back on providing a measles booster - mine did because we aren’t having a local outbreak currently - you can get an MMR vaccine (as well as most any other vaccine in production) at any travel vaccine center.

Get those N95 masks now, folks - by summer, it’s back to mask shortages once again.
EDIT: BTW, stay away from the KN95 (aka, Chinese standards) being sold everywhere and get the more effective N95 NIOSH (aka, US standards) masks
And for next 4 years, responsibility for the resulting hardships will somehow be laid at the feet of Joe Biden and the Democrats.
They are notorious for sudden spider mite infestations - damage looks similar to your photo. Do you see any webbing or very tiny creepy crawlies?
I posted this in another thread, but it’s applicable here as well:
My own conclusions as a US citizen:
- Stay up to date on your personal vaccines (annual flu, COVID, and anything age-recommended like shingles, RSV, etc.)
- Additionally, visit a travel vaccine clinic for any “non-routine” vaccines currently only recommended for travel to Asia, Africa, and Latin America - those threats will be here at some point as well
- Have some N95 masks
- Don’t depend on the US government to keep you safe or heathy - you are on your own
If I had to prioritize one vaccine to start with, I would get the Measles-Mumps-Rubella (MMR) vaccine first (one adult booster is recommended). Then Polio.
