Agreed, skaters have been outcasts since the old days. When you're already shunned by society, you're not very likely to shun people different from you in turn. Its the same situation in the punk rock scene.

I don't really think it would make a bit of difference if they showed up in the finest suit and tie ever made. You can't sweet talk a bigot by dressing nice and presenting a logical case against their illogical beliefs. FWIW I'm not saying all republicans are bigots or anything, but the ones behind this bill definitely are. I grew up in an extremely rural area and have been around these types of people all my life, hell there are several of them in my family unfortunately. Most of them need no other motivation than "gays make me feel yucky" to start calling for bans and worse. From my perspective, it wouldn't matter if Jesus himself showed up in a gleaming suit of gold and testified against this bill. It wouldn't change the minds of the people trying to pass it.

Pixel 6 Pro with Graphene Os. You have to make a few concessions when it comes to ease of use, but the privacy and security is top notch.
I also use keepassxc with syncthing. It works great and syncthing allows me to sync any other files I want. Mines set to automatically sync my photos and documents as well as keepass.

Delorian learned about the drawbacks of stainless cars back in the 80s. This means that the hidden mild steel of the frame rusts twice as fast as the stainless body due to having a higher voltage potential. The death of many a Delorian came from its mild steel wishbone frame rusting away underneath the body.
