Haha, my last tax filing I owed another $40k.

My own fault for not paying taxes during the year though.

I can't wait until this "alpha" is facing prison time or staring down the barrel of a gun.

Originally I wanted to run.

But my wife convinced me to stay and fight, or go down with the ship.

It's going to suck. Sure.

But myself and others are already doing more in our immediate community than we did before and I think the movement will only grow. The world may collapse around us but we can keep our community a pleasant place.

And if multiple communities start doing this, it'll grow and connect. It will matter.

The only issue is that conservatives don't read so they'll never see it anyway.

If you read the Wikipedia article (or other articles) about "all horses are the same color", it is really just about an inductive fallacy that can occur.

No sales tax, currently, where I live. So I would hope that'd see some pushback.

I'll pay it when I file, over time, slowly, but not from each and every check throughout the year.

I don't care. I struggle to even find accountants willing to do my taxes, I doubt underfunded IRS is going to want to tackle that mess.

And even if they do, I'm of multiple cultures that I'm damned if I do regardless, so might as well take that extra money and do some good with it while I can.
