No way in hell the PS6 is getting 3D v-cache. That shit is way too expensive to package compared to traditional dies. Hell, the PS5 even stuck to a monolithic architechture, despite all the speculation that it would be chiplet based back in 2019. Console margins are just way too tight for relatively exotic designs.
