Basically commander or whatever rank he is complaining about these two drunk soldiers and bringing alcoholics at war and that they’re already dead in his eyes and whoever wants to hurt his family he will kill them (for saying the truth probably).

Source: I’m half Ukrainian I know both languages more or less but I’m not 100% proficient. I may miss a detail or two but the mainline is that
