Look, Aragon is described in the source material as of pale completion, dark hair with grey flecks, and green eyes. He is Dúnedain, descended from the numenorean (sp), which are also described as pale skinned, dark haired, and tall. To me, that suggests Tolkien wrote him white.
But guess what: people can make whatever adaptions they want. He's a fictitious character.

Yeah, I think the art on Blaragorn's card looks phenomenal. His dark complexion next to all the lighter colors around him creates a very nice visual.
