Looks like Zuzanna Drabinova. But I'm not Sure, because don't remember this tattoo on her.

Edit: looks like I was mistaken. Not the same girl. Zuzanna was also know as Raylene Richards, didn't do hard core if I'm not much mistaken. They do look a lot alike, the quest continues!
