It's a little sad that we need to actually say this, but:

Don't be an asshole or you will be permanently banned.

Respectful debate is totally OK, criticizing a product is fine, but being verbally abusive will not be tolerated.

Focus on discussing the idea, not attacking the person.

Looks excellent for stripping the hair and skin from the insides of your calves.

It doubles as a hair removal system!

Pretty soon, you'll just straddle a semi-truck tire and ride it like a sideways horse.

The aspect ratio of that tire is quite substantial. I understand that's desirable for off-road automobiles, but does the same apply here? A lot of volume inside the wheel could potentially be repurposed and filled with something that could reduce the board's moment of intertia. I presume that's a useful parameter for a self balancing craft, but idk.

Wide + Flat does seem like a recipe for the most grip. There’s a larger tyre contact patch that way.

Never ridden a one wheel though, and don’t really plan on it, so my intuition could completely be off

They really built this on hard mode. There is a huge open source community making onewheels of various sizes using VESC software.

Oooh! Can you point one out to me? I always wanted an onewheel but its pricy

Damn, and I thought the One Wheels were sketchy...

Quite the comfy stance.

I've seen one with a slightly smaller wheel but it seemed great
