11pm and I crave sausage in bread. Nothing I can do about it.

Maybe tomorrow I go to Bunnings and eat 2 sausage. Maybe even 3 sausage.

Oh I almost forgot.. I had a pork & wild emu sausage roll for lunch at the pub. It was ok but nowhere near as good as the one from the bakery the other week. I can say I've eaten the coat of arms now though.

Exercises completed, but I don't think anything will make up for the "goodbye" cakes I've had at work (cherished colleague's last day yesterday) and the apple & rhubarb fruit mince pies with vanilla icecream that I had last night. I thought I'd enjoy them while they last (Mr P eats the whole packet overnight so I've been buying them and missing out 😕) Gotta get 'em while the gettin's good!

Somethings up with my iPhones alarm volume. I seem to be waking up later than usual. Didn’t have this issue on my android. Might have to bring my android out again for alarm
