Yes Russia, we get it. You have nukes. Big and scary nukes. It just happens to be an intimidation tactic that rings extremely hollow since it's not like you'd be stupid enough to use nukes over Ukraine. The game theoretic gain just isn't there.

But I suppose that this is one way to appear to be doing brinksmanship.
