You'll die eventually anyways and everything indicates there is nothing after we die.
We experience an incredibly tiny slice of time and there is zero reason not to find something to appreciate and work towards no matter how bad it gets.
Like, even if we die and it ends up just being us taking off the headset of an Nintendo 2048, you started this game for a reason, play till the end. But most likely this is all we get, so don't waste it.

Nothing. I keep thinking back to a quote I read on reddit about the people who leapt from windows on 9/11. We dont condemn them for jumping out of a burning building, because we can see the flames and that they only had two terrible choices.
My life is in flames, the world is getting worse everyday, and continuing to exist only promises more pain and suffering. Why go on?
