I used to drink half a litre of strong moka. Now I drink instant and feel extremely terrible

You could, I don't know, just drink decaf if you like the flavour.

That would just make to much sense.

That's kind of what I do. I make 2 scoops of decaf and 1 scoop caf. Makes half a pot, enough caffeine to prevent jitters.

Thats exactly what I did. Just makes sense. Love coffee, but dont wanna destroy myself with so much caffeine.

All drugs should be legal and regulated

State or personally regulated? Both are a bit hard to administer properly.

When I was in school, I worked in a coffee shop and I'd down espresso shots/drinks until closing and then jump in the bed.

Twenty years later, I have a cup a few times a week and if I have much more I start to get wired feeling, or have trouble sleeping that night.

I've read that's part of getting older, caffeine just hits a bit harder.

I used to drink one pint of coffee per day. Now I drink none and I feel so much better.

Thats all I’ve ever had. I work outdoors so that cup I brew before I leave the house is it.

Never felt like I was missing out because coffee is one of the 3 most vile things commonly consumed. The others being peanut butter and pickles.
