If you want help, you're going to have to give some detail about what "not working" means.
The RX 9000 series is very new, so it's likely that at least one of these components in the linux distros you've tried was not new enough to support that GPU:
- The amdgpu driver (part of the kernel).
- The GPU firmware (package names vary; probably linux-firmware package on Ubuntu).
- Mesa.
I suggest asking other RX 90xx users what linux distro/release they have found to support such new hardware out of the box, and trying one of those. Or if you know what you're doing, grab a tarball of new firmware and install it manually.
I don't know enough, DonutsRMeh say that on CachyOS it works flawlessly, i'll give it a try. I think too it's because of some drivers / kernel or something not new enough. Thank you for your time, i'll keep you posted in this topic :)
What is it that "doesn't work"? Can you describe precisely what you're expecting, what's happening instead and what you have done?
Also maybe boot from a Live ISO, if that doesn't work, it's probably a hardware issue.
And is the GPJ properly seated in the first PCIe slot and has enough power?
What's happening is that when I start a game, the game crash because it run out of memory, when I run nvtop it says no GPU to monitor. I'm not sure it's an hardware issue yet, though it worked before, I rebooted and it didn't worked again, tried the same command as before but I should have missed one and couldn't get it to work again. I will try cachyOS as DonutsRMeh says it works flawlessly. I keep you posted in this topic about it.
But you are getting an image to your monitor using the GPU?
Indeed, I was plugged in the GPU so I'm sure it worked but how well, I cojldnt tell. Anyway, I install CachyOS this morning and it seems to work quiet well. I'm not sure I like it yet but I would keep it for a while Thank you for your help :)
I have the RX 9060XT and it works flawlessly on CachyOS. Maybe try that and see.

There are several stores. You can use Bauh or octopi or the cachyos package installer. Run
sudo pacman -S bauh octopi in the terminal and let them install. Cachyos package installer is there out of the box. There is also Cachy hello that has some goodies, too.

Does it work when you're booted to a live usb?
I don't know, I didn't try to run cyberpunk from a live USB so I don't know. I will try cachyOS as DonutsRMeh says it works flawlessly. I keep you posted in this topic about it.
I can’t help you much as I have a 6600XT, but I can say this is probably the wrong community to get that help. It’s not likely KDE-related.
Before going back to windows, I would boot up an arch-based live iso to see if newer drivers cleared up your problem. I use EndeavourOS, and that has a graphical live environment and should give you a good idea whether your card is working or not. Good luck!
I think you are right about not being the good community to ask, though I didn't really know which community ask so I try this one. DonutsRMeh says that CachyOS work out of the box, I'm gonna try it with the KDE flavors and reply to this topics if it works.
