Explanation
Riot, the developer of League of Legends, routinely modifies the game to nerf heroes (make unplayable) that break out of their roles. For example if a hero is designed to be a healer, but finds a way to become a damage dealer, that is immediately patched out.
I'm pretty sure this image was AI generated. Is nobody going to lose their mind about that like everywhere else?
