You also have to take into account people that are not sure or simply don't care that much and have no opinion.
Just 17% of Americans approve of Trump's handling of the case, a weaker rating than the president received on any other issue in the poll. Among Republicans, 35% approved, compared to 29% who disapproved and the rest who said they weren't sure or didn't answer the question.
For any given question no matter what the topic no matter what the sample size no matter who's being asked at least 20 to 30% of people are going to freeze up like terrified rabbits and say no opinion or not sure.
So the conservative messiah is a convicted felon, adjudicated rapist, insurrectionist who illegally attempted to overturn an election, and now is, at minimum, protecting pedophiles, but may actually be a pedophile himself?
