Johanna Maria Lind (6 October 1820 – 2 November 1887) was a Swedish opera singer, often called the "Swedish Nightingale". One of the most highly regarded singers of the 19th century, she performed in soprano roles in opera in Sweden and across Europe, and undertook an extraordinarily popular concert tour of the United States beginning in 1850.

It's one of my favorite episodes. Changed how I listen to music for a while to think "what if I couldn't stream anything at anytime, but could only hear this once"

That's a great way to look at it.

I feel that way every time I go to a concert. I never ever record anything at them and just soak it all up.

I recall years ago reading an interview with the founder of Snapchat and his big idea was to make photos ephemeral like a conversation which is a lot like this too.
