She definitely deserves the scorn, and she should regret what she said. On the other hand, I don't condone the people who said they are "internet sleuths" who are going to spend all their time harrassing her. Stalking is never cool. I know, because I've had it happen here on Lemmy just because I post news articles that some incels don't like.

A little public shame is well-deserved in her case though, just hopefully people don't go overboard with it.
