Not entirely sure what this means other than sounds like they're looking to farm out all the work to 3rd parties rather than developing in house. So I guess we'll see....

So like what Paradox did with farming out a bunch of stuff to Onyx Path and free lancers for the Chronicles of Darkness books?

Idk, it doesn't sound good. It's got to be a result of everyone leaving and them not wanting to replace them?

Yeah, no idea. And the statement is pretty just a bunch of marketing speaking and no real plans. So we'll see, I guess

it sounds like the opposite to outsourcing - they want everything done in house so they get 100% creative control and 100% profit.
