Thanks for sharing this, OP! I’ve long been fascinated by the idea of human-AI romance. It’s a deeply compelling subject. We now live in an era where all of the philosophical questions people have had over the years about this sort of relationship can be much more fully explored. I’ll be interested to read more articles/books like this one down the road, as the technology continues to improve and evolve.

I don't either. It seems some of the participants didn't seem to know what to make of it, and were just going along to see where they landed.
It's all very odd to me. A pretty interesting article since I don't know anyone who uses these, or at least admits to doing so.
