I just want to vent but this is the most important life lesson for you - NEVER GIVE YOUR JOB YOUR 100% . THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU.

Work at your own pace, improve your people's skill so that you can mug the management, use projects to upskill yourself, make excuses, take that mental health day off, don't produce the perfect output every time.

Always remember no matter what you do, they don't care about you and you are certainly not their family.
