Somehow my shitty workplace was nominated for a "Greatest Companies to Work For" award. When I saw the email come through about this I couldn't help but audibly laugh in the office.
All the employees are going to get a link at some point to rate the company in categories where its score in reality should be 0/5 (bad management, zero culture unless you count drama, benefits are bare minimum, etc.). I'm not sure how anonymous these things are, but I know that a majority of my co workers hate this place and would love to vote truthfully instead of giving the company 5/5 in every category to avoid stirring shit up.
Have you ever done one of these before? How should I vote? ๐
Edit: Thanks for your input everyone. Looks like the safest thing to do is be a good wage slave and do the survey like this is the greatest company of all time.
