I used to actually enjoy what I do. The work itself is fine, my coworkers are decent people, and the pay isn't terrible. But my boss has turned this place into absolute hell.

He micromanages everything I do. I can't even go to the bathroom without him asking where I went. He'll stand behind my desk watching me type emails, then tell me I'm doing it wrong. Last week he made me redo a project three times because he kept changing his mind about what he wanted.

The worst part? He takes credit for everything good that happens and blames me for anything that goes wrong. I landed our biggest client this quarter and he told upper management it was his strategy. But when that other client complained about delayed delivery (which was 100% on the shipping department), guess who got called into his office?

I've been looking for other jobs but the market sucks right now. I'm stuck here for at least another few months. Every Sunday night I get this pit in my stomach knowing I have to deal with him again Monday morning.

Anyone else dealing with a nightmare boss? How do you cope without losing your mind????
