You always have to wonder, "Why is this message in English?". If you're not asking yourself that question when watching a video like this, then you're not thinking critically. At best, it's in English because these chuds just think "everyone knows English", at worst it's in English because it's explicitly propaganda for the English-speaking world. Really, it's probably a good mix of both.
