This goes a bit deep. Seems like it's going to be about customers being too stupid to figure things out, but it ends up for me a story about engineers not accurately anticipating customers' needs.

Yeah it is clear as day here. Airflow is inadequate while the product is in use on hotter days.

Hahaha, this reminds me of a meme about a dude who bought this very expensive luxurious car but he was selling it because he couldn't find a way to get in bc the car didn't have any doors or handles.
