Transparenzhinweis: heise online bietet selbst ein Pur-Abo an. Nach Beanstandung wurde das Consent-Banner in Rücksprache mit der Landesbeauftragten für den Datenschutz Niedersachsen überarbeitet.

Hm. Next lawsuit incoming? Last year in August noyb has sued the State Data Protection Commissioner of the City of Hamburg for "advising" Der Spiegel on its version of the pay or ok model.

Not really hard, that happens every time someone starts a lawsuit or a judge rules that those banners don't follow the law.
