Long story short, neighbors in 19 home neighborhood with history of trespassing (stealing fruit, frequent herbicide on plants they didn't like, general verbal harassment etc) spent $50k SO FAR to sue homeowners over fence they erected to protect themselves. Bad news, Judge Brittanye Morris has a documented hi$tory with developers and believes that Texas law does not apply.
