Explanation from the Artist:
Enderûnlu Fâzıl was a poet from the late 18th century who gained fame for his erotic works in Istanbul, and was expelled from school for having too many affairs with men.
He composed the Zenanname (Book of Beautiful Women) and Habanname (Book of Beautiful Men) which sought to categorize the twinks of the world for their sexy characteristics. Strangely enough, the former was banned for being too pornographic whereas the latter wasn’t. They really said no hetero.
