Depends on your region! South American furries, Russian furries, and EU/NA furries all have different styles, and somewhat different cultures. Asia also has different styles for art and fursuits.

Can't say much about fursuits, especially since they are very physical, so you are quite limited in what you can do. Also won't touch the topic of music, mostly because I feel like furry music is not a thing by itself, rather just maybe some theme in cover art or lyrics.
As for the digital art, I kind of agree, but also disagree at the same time. It would be cool to see some new and creative art being made, however at the same time it needs to have a certain appeal. To a degree it is the same as with music. I believe plenty of popular artists are bad and not at all creative, at the same time that doesn't mean the music industry as a whole lacks creativity. There are plenty of fantastic musicians out there that are just different enough to not be widely liked. This is all the more true when you focus on just one genre, and that's kind of the point of furry art. Doesn't matter how great of a landscape piece you made - if it doesn't contain a furry character then it most likely isn't a furry art.
And about AI "art"... the fact that it can create generalized style is the whole point of an LLM. It is not a single artist with a genius mind making awe inspiring strokes, but a machine that took as much art as it could to churn out something similar to it.
