This is a Dengist community in favor of Bashar al-Assad with no information that can lead to the arrest of Hillary Clinton, our fellow liberal and queen. This community is not ironic. We are Marxists-Leninists.

This community is for posts about Marxism and geopolitics (including shitposts to some extent). Serious posts can be posted here or in /c/GenZhou. Reactionary or ultra-leftist cringe posts belong in /c/shitreactionariessay or /c/shitultrassay respectively.

The one about revolution that says, "It will come, and it will bring bread, but also poetry", is quite inspired as well. Trot had his moments, and he must be respected by his work on the revolutionary and I believe the Russian "civil" war, as a general, which he was and for what I know a competent one. It's important to remember the figure as a whole, even though he deserved every bit of the pickaxe

This post got me thinking. You know how China describes Mao as 70% good 30% bad, and iirc describes Stalin as 60-40.

I wonder what the score would be for Trotsky. Most would argue more heavily for the bad category obviously but I do wonder if a quick estimation could be given for Trotsky's contributions. His role during the revolution is clearly important however his factionalism completely destroyed any positives he may have aided.

This isn't to rehabilitate him obviously, it's more just a little musing I decided to commit to text.
