Like I chose my desired field but now, I am bored like I doom scroll or watch random videos on YT and avoid to study. I got bad grades too. How to have focus??

Same man. In my case, I cried my heart out and then slapped myself until I locked in to studies, worked for me :p

I'm an old man and have had that problem my entire life. I recently found out about pathological demand avoidance (PDA) and it describes me perfectly. Since then I've been able to recognize when I'm avoiding a demand and sometimes work around the avoidance to do what I need to do. Maybe PDA is something you're experiencing and can find ways to work around it.
