Maybe that's just my view, but I feel like you could add Blender to a lot of those Boxes.

I use Blender for (suuuuuper basic) video editing all the time. If you know how to use Blender anyway I can def recommend.

There is also LumaFusion for iOS under Pr which is mostly a one time purchase.

OpenShot is alright for video too. Also, honestly, I use GIMP for painting at this point more than photo editing.
