You have to watch out with Billy Mitchell, he might not be the King of Kong, but he is the King of defamation suits. He may not have a real speedrun world record, but he'll speedrun your bankruptcy. He may have cheated his time, but his courtroom skip is category legal. He might have used MAME, but you'll be maimed if aaaaah you get it

i think the real lessons are don't mock the other party when you have a lawsuit and just shut up about it because even if you don't get into trouble it'll leave a bad taste in the judge's mouth, and don't assume american defamation standards are also upheld in your jurisdictions as well.

Yeah, no idea what Jobst's laywer was doing here, #1 thing he should've told his client is "shut up about the lawsuit and don't constantly make videos that could constitute slander or libel while you have an ongoing lawsuit regarding slander and libel.
