By far my favourite aromatherapy is a sleepy roll on recipe I got. So simple...

10ml carrier oil eg apricot 2 drops ylang ylang 2 drops bergamot 2 drops geranium

It's a massive help to me! And the cost per use is pennies.

How do you use aromatherapy or oils?

Does incense count?

If not, how about thieves oil in a defuser? That stuff is amazing. Lots of studies on it or it's component oils showing strong anti bacterial/viral/fungal properties.

I think it should be the essential oil that everyone has as it has so many practical uses for sterilization.

I have been experimenting with bath bombs and other related products and have found a great product from Japan: Bub bath tablets

They are way cheaper than bombs and are just as fragrant. There is a variety pack that has sandalwood, lavender, ginger/bergamot, and eucalyptus tabs.
