Oh I've seen that posted before. Every time I try to open the kinks the page is just a mess of code? Am I missing something here? So I need some kind of browser addon? Or am I just dumb.
It's an RSS feed, which is a format that has the titles, thumbnails, descriptions, and download links for every episode. If you have a podcast app (or on desktop, even some media players like VLC), you can add the feed and it will automatically download new episodes (you can also configure it to just grab the eps you want manually).
You can also manually look through the list of files and just copy-paste the download links (identified by being preceded by <enclosure url=) into a browser and it will download the file.
Example of where the download links are for the two most recent eps, for instance:
