Hi all! I'm stuck in a lentil rut with curry, lentil bake and chilli on repeat. Anyone got other ideas?

You can make falafel with lentils and they turn out real well in my experience

A packet of dried French onion soup mix with lightly mashed lentils and shredded carrots makes a really nice veggie patty for sandwiches

I'm a big fan of using lentils and cumin or other curry spices in risotto. This also makes for the best arancini I've ever made

Without a recipe on hand I can vouch for lentil Wellington. Search your favorite sources and enjoy

Oh, I'll give that a go!

That looks good! Do you add any other spices?

Not too often, as the soup is already tasty as is -- the cumin helps a good bit. One thing I have done, outside the recipe, is eaten it over basmati rice! Makes it go a while, and it's sometimes easier to make fresh rice to pour the soup over than to just reheat it.

Ooooh nice thanks 😊

They work really well in pasta sauce. Adds some extra texture and protein.
