What would you expect? Did you see what community that was posted in? I wouldn’t call this a moment. I would call it a troll strolling into a community.

It's part of the CCP and Kremlin propaganda that's all over social media. Just like they're supporting the extreme elements in both the left and the right wing, they want to create animosity between citizens and police. Divide and conquer on social media.
