no. we didn't 'bully' them into dropping the 15 minute thing.
they're still gonna do it--they just won't tell you up front at the start of the call. and it will be because of reduced staffing at call centers instead of automatically adding a long wait time to every call.
And here I thought HP was stalwartly antidisenshittificationalistic.
