Are there any reputable online banks in Switzerland or Germany that provide virtual credit cards, serving as alternatives to UK-based services such as Revolut or Wise? We recognize that the UK has certain privacy challenges, in contrast to Switzerland or Germany.

IMHO banks are like taxes and plaintext emails: they are not and never will be private, and you shouldn't expect them to be.

Only one I found mentioning European on alternative to.net was N-26? Maybe try that one out?

European-alternatives.eu doesn't have a "banking" category).
