Peoples Platform Europe is hosting a convention of ideas to navigate the current crises of capitalism within the lens of radical, anti-system, and revolutionary political movements.

There are a range of workshops, speeches, and other activities for the event, but one in particular that seemed interesting was the panel "Reclaiming the Initiative".

The panel speakers and topics include:

William I. Robinson: "The Epochal Crisis of Global Capitalism - Challenges for Popular Resistance from Below"

Silvia Federici: "For an International Feminist Movement Against Capitalist Patriarchy and its Ongoing War on Social Reproduction"

Mireille Fanon Mèndes-France: "The 100th Anniversary of Franz Fanon: Between Race and Class"

John Holloway: “Perspectives in the Storm”

The panel will be livestreamed on the platform's YouTube channel at 11.45am (CET), 14th February 2025.
