How is Luxon going to blame this on Labour?

Isn't it easy for Luxon to blame Labour? "This is a whiplash reaction to the high inflation caused by Labour handing out money during the pandemic". I don't think they have milked that cow as much as they can, they will be blaming others right up through the next election.
