I edited the title to switch Apple with Labor because that's the real gist of the news item, not that they had worked and organised at Apple, although that's no small part.

I'm not sure if this paywalled so here is a archive.today link in case it is.

I skimmed the article, but didn't see any proof that there was a decision made at Mozilla due to her prior activism. Was this just a frivolous lawsuit or am I missing something?

Do they have to, as in, be forced to hire any activists at all? I mean, I am pro-union but they do have a choice of who to hire. Despite not necessarily sounding optimal on paper. From a legal point of view, that is.
