I salvaged the half-ruined falafel that my partner gave up on… I think I am average at it
when i lived with my uncle, he had this friend that owned a mediterranean restaurant and every few weeks he would give us a garbage bag full of falafels to freeze and a literal bucket of tatziki. damn i miss that.
