Public networks around me seem to block every port except 443 and 80, and they also block UDP traffic (I've been trying to use wireguard over port 443, which mullvad offers)

Can I use mullvad vpn to get past the block?

I don't want to install a GUI app like viscosity or tunnelblick, and especially not the mullvad vpn app itself because it is so bloated.

Is there a nice cli-only solution?
